Attorney Kimberley Hosley has always had the drive to fight for the underdog. So when OLG managing partner Jennifer Englert approached Hosley to join her like-minded law firm, Hosley jumped at the opportunity.
Since 2015, Hosley has represented Englert and The Orlando Law Firm, both in the courtroom and in the community. Her areas of legal experience include transactional real estate, real estate litigation, contract disputes, employment law, general civil litigation, premises liability, products liability, and land use and zoning. Within the community, she holds numerous roles, including being president of the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers.
Hosley is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the OCBA Legal Aid Society; board member of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers; chair of the Professionalism Committee of the Orange County Bar Association; and part of The George C. Young First Central Florida American Inn of Court.
She consistently serves as a pro bono guardian ad litem for children who have been adjudicated dependent due to abuse or neglect., and has been a member of the American Legion Auxiliary for over 15 years. The proud daughter and granddaughter of veterans, Hosley received her bachelor of arts cum laude from Stetson University [majoring in economics, political science, and international studies]. She earned her JD from Emory University School of Law [at which time she was a certified mediator in the state of Georgia and clerked for Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Law Judge Marcy Louza].
